Textile Portraits

Ellise is currently working intuitively on portraits of people she knows. Exhibiting these works both locally and to a wider audiences. Ellise experiments with a combination of Screen Printing, embroidery (both hand and machine) and using reclaimed fabrics to form the faces. Focusing on creative and experimental play, her internion is to have fun, enjoy the process and explore ideas, mediums she had dabbled with over the years to create these unique pieces.
